Our extensive experience in the high-end real estate market has proven that the purchase of a luxury property on the Costa del Sol is often highly influenced by the quantity and quality of the services that surround it.  Particularly remarkable is the interest of buyers in the proximity to international schools, among which we can find some excellent institutions that suit all ages and most cultures.

Due to the wonderful climate on the Costa del Sol, many children are often signed up for extracurricular classes or sporting activities. For this reason, many parents usually make several journeys each day to pick up their children from these activities, as well as from school itself, so proximity is an important factor.

This college is the only German school in Malaga. 5. The English International College - Marbella - Location
